THAT WAS THE CUSTOMER DAY 2024
Around 200 visitors from more than 150 customers from five countries - that's the great result of our Customer Day 2024. Some of our guests traveled very long distances to get to know us and the Quality Analysis service portfolio better. On behalf of all our employees, thank you for your visit and the consistently positive feedback on the Customer Day.
Our aim was for you to get to know the breadth of our specialist areas and the networking of analysis methods at our company. Your feedback has shown us that we succeeded in this with the presentations, laboratory tours and the numerous one-to-one discussions. We also wanted to give you important suggestions and a heightened awareness of the important topic of quality assurance and damage analysis, and we are sure that we were able to provide important impetus here. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. We will also be there for you as usual after the Customer Day.
OUTLOOK FOR CUSTOMER DAY 2025
The date for the next Customer Day has already been set - make a note of it now! On Thursday, September 25, 2025, we would like to welcome you to our extension building, which offers even more laboratory space as well as numerous new systems and equipment. Will you be there again? We would be delighted!

Customer Day 2024 is behind us, but it will remain unforgettable not only because of the large number of visitors. The numerous encounters with our customers and new contacts will also linger in our minds. All in all, it was a day full of exciting discussions, new insights and valuable encounters that once again showed us how important close and trusting cooperation with you is.
