Customer Day: Planning for 2027
In recent years, our annual Customer Day has been an integral part of our dialogue with our customers. For 2026, we have decided to postpone this major event and redesign the format for 2027.
Going forward, we want to focus the Customer Day even more on providing substantive value and ensuring high relevance for our attendees. A longer interval between events - especially given the current economic climate - gives us the opportunity to bundle developments, new services, and ideas in a more targeted way, for example through best practices from customer projects, insights into new solution approaches, and current market and technology trends.
At the same time, we gain more flexibility to tailor our personal interactions with customers between events to their specific needs. Thus, in 2026, we intend to deliberately focus on in-depth technical discussions, project-related meetings, and targeted opportunities for professional dialogue.
Even without a Customer Day, we will of course remain in close contact with you.
